Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Please select this option in the payment process and you will receive the account number and instructions. Once your transfer is accepted by our bank, your order will be dispatched.

How secure is an online transaction?

Paymentez Services are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 Certified. PCI DSS is the most important security standard for the card payment industry. All transactions are made using an SSL connection (128 bytes) provided by VeriSign.

The data sent from your browser to the Paymentez servers is always encrypted. All of our servers are certified McAfee Secure and scanned daily by ScanAlert for known vulnerabilities. Additionally, Paymentez does not store any sensitive credit card information.

What is Paymentez?

Paymentez is the platform for electronic payments used by SCHULLO to process online transactions generated through our online store.

How can I pay?

In our SCHULLO online store you can pay using any of the following credit cards: Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express issued by all local and North American banks.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on this site?

To protect your details, SCHULLO only allows Paymentez to capture any sensitive information. Our payment platform complies with PCI DSS international credit card transaction safety standards. In addition, our site is SSL certified by GeoTrust, a Verisign Company, which guarantees safe communication through encryption of all data from and to our site; thus, rest assured your credit card information you enter will remain safe.

During the process, you will see the name of the authenticating organization, the authenticating authority in your internet browser, and your address bar will change to a green color. These characteristics are immediately apparent and visible, assuring you that the transaction is completed safely.

Paymentez also uses constant monitoring by McAfee Secure, and for electronic signatures it uses Certicamara.

Can I pay any day and at any time?

Yes, at SCHULLO you may buy online 24/7 with just a click. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. On occasion, orders that are sent via ServiEntrega nationwide may take a little longer, or if we are waiting for a bank transfer. 

Can I change my payment method?

As long as you haven’t finalized your payment you may go back to the initial step and change your choice of credit card. Upon finalizing your payment, you will not be able to make any changes.

Does it cost me anything to pay online?

Not at all. All electronic payments through Paymentez generate no additional costs for you. 

What can I do if my transaction did not go through?

First check if you received an email confirming your payment to the email address you entered. If you did not receive an email please contact onlinestore@schullo.com.ec to verify whether your transaction went through.

Do I need to activate my credit card for online purchases?

Yes, this is necessary in order to make any purchases online. Most banks require you to activate your credit card to be able to shop online. Usually it is a one-off activation and can be done online or over the phone with your bank. Once you have activated your credit card you will be able to shop online.

The same applies if using a credit card issued by an American bank. Most credit cards need to be activated for online purchases, especially if they are made in another country. It is for security reasons that banks require this step.

When purchasing online will I receive a code to authenticate my purchase?

In many cases yes, you will receive a code to the phone number associated with your credit card. This is called two-step authentication and is required by most banks for online transactions. Please make sure that the phone number that is associated with your credit card account can receive text messages from your bank. This will enable you to quickly receive the text message with the code and complete your transaction.

What can I do if I did not get a receipt for my payment?

For each approved transaction you will receive by email, to the address provided by you, a receipt which includes your purchase reference. If you do not receive it please contact onlinestore@schullo.com.ec to request that your receipt be resent.
