SHIPPING:

All orders placed via this website will be managed by us at Productos Schullo S.A. You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and another email when it is dispatched for shipment.

Which courier will deliver my order?

All orders are shipped using our preferred couriers. They deliver Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you live in a remote rural area, your order can be sent to the nearest Servientrega in your area for pick-up, they have hundreds of offices in Ecuador, we’ll let you know which is closest to you.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12 noon on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched by Schullo the same day (excluding holidays). All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with confirmation. 

Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive the delivery.

What stores in my area carry your products?

Supermaxi, Mi Comisariato, Santa Maria, Tía, and hundreds of mini markets  for most of the country.  Just call us and we can tell you where you can find Schullo in your area.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do, please call us for more details. The minimum monthly purchase is $1,000.

Where do you ship?

Nationwide in Ecuador.

How long does my order take to get to me?

At most 48 hours if your order is placed on a weekday (excluding holidays). If placed on the weekend it will be dispatched on Monday. We use our preferred couriers nationwide. In Quito and Guayaquil  your order is delivered personally by Schullo.

Can the order be picked up from Schullo’s factory?

Yes. You can pick up the order from our factory with no additional cost. This option is only available for Quito and Guayaquil. 

How much does delivery cost within Ecuador?

FREE Shipping in Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca, the rest of the country has a flat rate begining at $9.00 dollars. There after orders from $200 to $399.99 shipping will cost $18, orders between $400 to $599.99 will be $27, orders between $600 up to $799.99 will be $36, orders between $800 and $999.99 will be $45. 

If Servientrega does not deliver to my address can I pick up my order from the nearest Servientrega office?

Yes, you can. Once you place your order on the page where you see the shipping details you can select from the drop-down list the nearest Servientrega office to you, and your order will be delivered there.

If I pay by bank transfer does that delay the dispatch of my order?

Not necessarily. Once the bank confirms receipt of your transfer in our account, we will dispatch your order immediately. Of course, if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will be dispatched the next working day. There may be the odd occasion that for some reason the bank delays the deposit, but in general most banks process the deposit within 24 hours. If the order is outside of Quito, Guayaquil or Cuenca it may take up to 24 hours longer due to the time the courier takes to deliver to your area.

Can I have my order shipped as a gift to someone else?

Yes, you can. Please select the gift option when you are in the payment page, and you can select the address to deliver to, and also include a gift message. We package the order as a gift, wrapping it with gift wrap, a bow and ribbons. If wine is included, we package that also with colorful gift wrap and bow and ribbons. We use a custom designed card with a beautiful original photo on the front and your personalized message inside.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we only ship Nationwide in Ecuador.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, we do, Monday to Friday in Quito and Guayaquil! As long as you place your order before 12noon, and the credit card payment is complete, we will deliver your order that same afternoon. If you elect to pay by bank transfer, we can’t always guarantee that we will deliver the same day as the banks sometimes delay in processing the transfer. We will do our best to get your order out for delivery as soon as we can. For the rest of the country it may take a little longer as we dispatch your order via national courier. 

Where do you dispatch the orders from?

All orders are dispatched from Quito or Guayaquil. If you live in Quito or Guayaquil, we deliver your order personally with our own trusted sales team. For the rest of the country we dispatch your order from Quito or Guayaquil, and it is sent via national transport. We will provide you with the tracking number if going via Servientrega once your order is delivered to the depot.

We are here to ensure you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please let us know as soon as possible writing to us to at our email: info@schullo.com.ec

If you wish to return any products bought from us, we will be happy to make things right. Please let us know what happened using our email info@schullo.com.ec. You must return the product within 3 days after you received it.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of having placed your order.
