NON - FLUORIDATED SEA SALT 500 g

Non- fluoridated sea salt is the purest salt and great for cooking and seasoning. Sea salt is harvested in shallow ponds near the ocean here in Ecuador, the shallow ponds evaporate naturally in the sun then the salt is harvested. We periodically test the Sea Salt for microplastics with our laboratory in the USA (EMSL). The coastal areas of the equator are ideal for sea salt production as the sun and wind are constant for much of the year.

Did you know that just ½ a cup (15 g) of wheat germ contains 4 g of protein? Wheat germ, the heart and soul of the grain of wheat. The wheat germ is the part of the wheat berry that is packed with nutrients. The wheat berry or grain is made up of the outer shell called wheat bran (Schullo Wheat Bran, which you probably already have), the endosperm, which is ground into flour (Schullo Organic Flour that you love), and the wheat germ, which contains many of the nutrients needed for reproduction of the plant. Perfect for cereals, smoothies, baked goods, yoghurt, meatloaf, breaded meat, fish or chicken.

What is unbleached flour? It is naturally aged flour that has had the bran and wheat germ removed. Unbleached flour naturally retains nutrients, it is high in fiber, folic acid, magnesium and phosphorus, and it is a good source of zinc and nutrients such as vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3 and iron. When flour is left to age as nature intended, the carotenoids or pigments whiten on their own. It’s naturally white, and no additives or chemicals are added whatsoever in the process. WHITE ORGANIC QUINOA 300 g

Quinoa, an ancient Andean staple, that over the past 5000 years, has been nurtured in the Andean valleys of Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, and Peru.

Despite being technically a seed, quinoa is recognized as a whole grain and serves as an exceptional source of plant protein and fiber. With about 8 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per cup cooked, it stands out for providing a complete protein profile containing all nine essential amino acids. Furthermore, it is a safe gluten-free option for individuals with gluten intolerance.

To cook quinoa, use a ratio of two parts liquid to one-part dry quinoa, similar to cooking rice. Before cooking, rinse the quinoa under cool water using a fine mesh strainer.
